Confirmation of eligibility

I understand the conditions of approval include:

  • funding for activities which positively impact Caulfield and surrounding communities
  • funds being deposited into a bank account at the Caulfield Park branch
  • willingness to discuss banking requirements of the Community Organisation with a Caulfield Park branch representative
  • willingness to maintain a banking relationship with the Caulfield Park branch
  • willingness to nominate a representative to be primarily responsible to build the relationship between the Community Organisation and Community Bank Caulfield Park
  • willingness to develop a reciprocal marketing strategy with the Caulfield Park Local Engagement Officer
  • willingness to be a positive advocate to strengthen the profile and customer base of the Caulfield Park branch
  • willingness to promote the Caulfield Park branch in person and in all forms of viable marketing platforms: website, newsletter, Facebook, Instagram, events, presentations, and media
  • willingness to provide evidence of promotion of Community Bank Caulfield Park during the sponsorship
  • willingness to complete an acquittal report at the end of the sponsorship if requested by Community Bank Caulfield Park

The sponsorship will not:

  • attempt to change the law or direct political donations
  • conflict with our organisation’s values and objectives
  • break any laws
  • attempt to claim retrospective funding – paying for costs already incurred
  • involve gambling  
  • denigrate, exclude or offend any part of the community 
  • encourage violence or involve the use of weapons 
  • mistreat, exploit or harm animals 
  • create environmental hazards
  • present a danger to public health or safety
  • take place solely outside Australia
  • contribute to modern slavery
