Details of Program
The 2025 Community Bank Caulfield Park Community Investment Program is our approach to effectively manage and coordinate funding requests.
The program is administered by Community Enterprise Foundation which facilitates the application process to assist eligible organisations to apply for funding.
Area: supporting programs and projects in Caulfield and surrounding communities
Audience: Charitable and not-for-profit organisations can apply for projects and activities that offer clear public benefit for the community, contributing to its development in building social capital, community welfare, environmental, health, education or cultural areas.
Timeframe: Projects and programs must have a start date after 1 November 2025
The Community Investment Program is designed to:
- Make better, targeted use of funds that are responsive to community needs
- Support projects that make a positive contribution to Caulfield and surrounding communities
- Grow the Community Bank Caulfield Park branch, which will in turn maximise the funding available for investment in community organisations
- Increase relationships with community organisations which advocate to strengthen the profile and customer base of Community Bank Caulfield Park
Banking and Marketing Criteria
Applicants must have:
- Willingness to be a positive advocate to strengthen the profile and customer base of Community Bank Caulfield Park
- Willingness to promote Community Bank Caulfield Park in person and in all forms of marketing: website, newsletter, Facebook, Instagram, events, presentations, and media
- a bank account to be held at the Community Bank Caulfield Park branch to deposit the funds
- Willingness to discuss banking with Community Bank Caulfield Park branch
- Willingness to provide evidence of promotion of Community Bank Caulfield Park during the project
- Completed the CEF Project Completion Form for prior grant funding

To be considered, each application must include the following supporting documentation:
Financials
- Current signed Audited Financial Statements for the applicant organisation and Project Partner (where applicable).
- If your organisation is not required to audit financials, please provide a profit and loss statement as a minimum, and a balance sheet if available. Please also include a current bank statement.
Quotes
- Quotes are required for all budget items
- If you have conducted this project/program before, copies of receipts/invoices that substantiate this request from previous expenditure may be acceptable together with a detailed budget
- If your expenditure outlined in the budget relates to wages or salary for staff, please upload a copy of the Position Description and the Award Wage it corresponds with
Project Budget
Please ensure that your budget and/or supporting documentation clearly shows how the funds requested will be spent.
State Government Entities are encouraged to call the Foundation before submitting an application. There are some requirements that will apply.
Projects that do not supply the relevant documents or meet the criteria will be deemed ineligible.
